TC-125 Circular Tile Saw

The circular cutter TC-125 is part of the SLAB system for ceramic sheets/slabs and large format tiles. For the correct operation of the TC-125, the use of the SLIM cutting guides is NECESSARY. Thanks to this guidance system, we can obtain a precise and smooth cut. The sliding skid of carbon steel of the TC-125 incorporates stainless steel radial bearings, with a very simple adjustment system that allows having the machine in perfect condition. The circular cutter TC-125 of RUBI Tools has a double system for reducing and controlling the dust generated during cutting. Either using its connection to a vacuum cleaner (dry cut) or through water intake connecting a water hose to the cutter.


The connection to the vacuum cleaner is 1.25 inches (32 mm), but an adapter is included for other diameters. The water intake consists of a quick connection for a 5/8″ (16 mm) hose and a rubber stopper, which covers the intake of the vacuum cleaner and makes, during wet cutting, secondary grip functions, improving ergonomics during cutting. The head of the TC-125 is foldable up to 45º and adjustable in height. In this way, it is possible to miter and obtain special and more precise cuts (it must be taken into account that the thickness of the cut varies according to the diameter of the disc).

The TC-125 includes an additional handle for miter cutting that increases control and visibility during cutting and improves work ergonomics. You can use two disc diameters: 4-1/2″ (115 mm) and 5″ inches (125 mm) (see cutting thickness for each diameter).

The switch of the TC-125 has a safety lock that prevents unintentional starting and an electric cable with PRCD to protect the equipment from power surges. For the design of the TC-125, incorporating a blade guard with a quick opening lid has been taken into account, which facilitates the blade change and reduces the particle projection. In addition, an aside protector improves the performance of the dust control system. With the TC-125 circular cutter, no cutting limitations stop the projects of professional setters worldwide.
